Biweekly house cleaning
Biweekly means every other week: one visit every two weeks, not two a week. It is our most common recurring plan, because it keeps a home level without paying for a visit it does not need yet. Biweekly saves 15% on every clean.
Monthly house cleaning
One visit every four weeks, so the gap between cleans stays the same however long the month is, at 10% off. It suits smaller homes, lighter use, or a household that keeps up day to day and wants the kitchen, bathrooms, and floors done properly about once a month.
The discount applies to every visit, starting with the first, and covers the standard clean. A deep, super deep, or move-in/move-out clean added to a visit is billed at its full price. There is no long-term contract: confirming a booking commits you to that one job, though if you cancel after just one visit, that first clean is billed at the one-time rate.
On recurring plans we aim to keep the same cleaner on your home so they learn how you like things. If your regular cleaner is out, we send someone briefed on your home.

Paid add-ons include the inside of the fridge, oven, microwave, and washer or dryer; a sink full of dishes; a basement; interior windows; and wet-cleaned blinds. Vents, baseboards, door and window trim, and grout scrubbing are part of a deep clean. A move-in or move-out clean includes cabinet, drawer, and pantry interiors in an empty home.
Safety
What our cleaners won’t do
For safety, cleaners do not lift or move items over 35 pounds, work above a standard step stool, or handle biohazards, mold, sewage, pest control, or repairs.
If you want us to clean behind something heavy, move it out ahead of time and we will get the spot.
