Privacy policy

What we collect when you use this site, what we do with it, and how to opt out. Our terms and conditions cover the service itself.

Effective date: June 16, 2026.

Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed this Policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and disclose and make use of personal information. The following outlines our privacy policy.

Our privacy principles

  • Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected.
  • We will collect and use personal information solely with the objective of fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other compatible purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law.
  • We will only retain personal information as long as necessary for the fulfillment of those purposes.
  • Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Google Analytics and Advertising Features

We use Google Analytics to better understand how users interact with our website and to improve our services. In addition to standard analytics, we have enabled several Google Analytics Advertising Features, specifically Google Signals, User-ID and User-provided Data Collection, and Ads Personalization.

To support these features, please be aware of the following:

How we use cookies and identifiers

We and third-party vendors, including Google, use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) or other first-party identifiers, and third-party cookies (such as Google advertising cookies) or other third-party identifiers together. We use this data to collect aggregated demographic and interest information, connect your behavior across different devices, and serve personalized ads based on your past visits to our website.

User-provided data

If you provide us with personal data (such as an email address), we may share a securely hashed version of this data with Google to improve our audience measurement and deliver more relevant ad experiences.

How to opt out

You can opt-out of these Google Analytics Advertising Features at any time. You can manage your preferences by visiting your Google Ads Settings or by using the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) consumer opt-out tool. Additionally, you can prevent your data from being used by Google Analytics entirely by downloading and installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

You can also turn analytics or advertising measurement off through the cookie preference center in the footer of this website. Turning a category off deletes the cookies it had already placed on your device, and stops the scripts that set them from loading again.

Meta advertising measurement

We use Meta Pixel in the browser and Meta Conversions API on our server to measure actions associated with advertising on Facebook and Instagram. These tools help us attribute leads and bookings, measure ad performance, build advertising audiences, and improve campaign delivery.

What we share

When advertising measurement is allowed, Meta Pixel may receive information about pages you visit and actions you take on this website. For a successful contact or landing-page request, our server may also send a corresponding lead event, together with securely hashed contact information you provided, such as your email address, phone number, name, and zip code. For a completed BookingKoala booking, our server sends a schedule event, but does not send payment details, the booking value, or the services booked.

Browser and server events may include the page address, event time, IP address, browser user-agent, and Meta browser identifiers such as `_fbp` and `_fbc`. Matching browser and server events use the same event identifier so Meta can deduplicate them rather than count the same action twice.

Your choices and opt-out

Meta Pixel and Conversions API follow the Advertising measurement setting in the cookie preference center in the footer of this website. Turning advertising measurement off prevents eligible server events from being sent, prevents the Pixel from loading again, and deletes Meta advertising cookies already on your device. If your browser transmits a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, both browser and server reporting are disabled for that session.

Website analytics and visitor behavior tracking

We use third-party analytics tools, specifically Microsoft Clarity, to better understand how visitors interact with our website and landing pages. This helps us diagnose technical issues, analyze website usability, and optimize overall performance.

What we collect

When you visit our site, Microsoft Clarity captures data regarding your browser configuration, operating system, IP address (processed and truncated), and your real-time on-screen behavior (such as mouse movements, clicks, scrolls, and time spent on pages). It accomplishes this through the deployment of first- and third-party cookies and tracking scripts.

How the data is used

This information is used strictly for internal optimization, website usability analysis, and fraud prevention. We do not use this behavioral data for targeted cross-context advertising, nor do we share it with third-party advertising networks.

Data protection and masking

To safeguard your privacy, Microsoft Clarity features built-in data masking. Sensitive information, such as passwords, payment details, and personal input fields, is automatically redacted directly on your browser and is never recorded or transmitted to Microsoft servers.

Microsoft's privacy statement

Microsoft independently controls the backend infrastructure for this tool and may use anonymized or aggregated data collected through it for its own business purposes, including system optimization and product improvement. For complete details on how Microsoft manages data, please review the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Your choices and opt-out

You can control or restrict the use of these tracking cookies through your browser settings or our website's cookie preference center. Turning analytics off deletes the Clarity cookies already on your device and prevents the Clarity script from loading again. Additionally, our website recognizes the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal; if your browser transmits a GPC signal, Microsoft Clarity tracking will be automatically deactivated for your session and its cookies removed.

Aggregate traffic measurement

We use Vercel Web Analytics, provided by our website host, to count page views and measure page performance. It does not use cookies and does not build an advertising profile.

What we collect

For each page view, this tool records the page address, the referring address, and the country, device type, browser, and operating system that your browser reports. Instead of a persistent identifier, it derives a hash from the incoming request to distinguish one visitor from another, and that hash is recalculated each day, so it cannot follow you across days or across other websites.

Your choices and opt-out

This tool follows the analytics setting in the cookie preference center in the footer of this website. Turning analytics off stops it, and it does not run at all for the session if your browser transmits a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal.

How we handle your information

  • We will collect personal information by lawful and fair means and, where appropriate, with the knowledge or consent of the individual concerned.
  • Personal data should be relevant to the purposes for which it is to be used, and, to the extent necessary for those purposes, should be accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  • We will protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
  • We will make readily available to customers information about our policies and practices relating to the management of personal information.

We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained.
