Why we started
Charleston has no shortage of cleaning companies. It has a shortage of ones you can book without a phone call, price without a home visit, and count on to show up.
BeeLux was built around three decisions that most local operators have not made: publish the checklist, quote a flat rate before you book, and vet every cleaner the same way every time. None of those three decisions is complicated. Together, they make a service predictable, and predictability is what people are actually buying.

How we vet cleaners
This is the part that matters most, because you are letting someone into your home. Every cleaner clears, before their first job:
- A criminal background check
- A Social Security number trace
- A national sex offender registry search
- Global watchlist screening
- A personal interview
- Reference verification
BeeLux and our cleaners carry general liability insurance, verified every year.
Our cleaners are independent professionals, not employees. We handle the matching, booking, payment, support, and quality side, so you have one place to call and one standard to count on.
Our standard
How we hold a standard
A published checklist is the difference between a standard and an intention. Ours has 35 tasks. A standard clean covers 27 of them, a deep clean 33, a move-out 32. It is on the site, and it does not change based on who shows up.
On recurring plans we aim to keep the same cleaner on your home so they learn how you like things. If your regular cleaner is out, we send someone briefed on your home.
If something is not right, tell us within 48 hours with a few photos and we will come back and make it right at no extra charge, within 7 days. That applies to every service.
Pricing
What we believe about pricing
You should see the price before you commit. Not an hourly rate that turns into a number at the end, not a range, not “starting at.”
You will not find a contract either. Confirming a booking commits you to that one job. Recurring plans save 20% weekly, 15% every other week, and 10% monthly, and you can stop whenever you want. A discount that depends on locking you in is not a discount.
