Getting the best result
The home should be empty, or close to it, before we start. Full access is what makes this service different from a standard clean, and anything left behind is surface we cannot reach.
If the property has heavy buildup or construction dust, or hasn't been professionally cleaned in 90 days or more, choose Move-In/Out Super Deep Cleaning when you book: the same move-out checklist, with more time for the buildup. After you book, we'll ask for a few photos of your kitchen, bathrooms, and main living areas so the team arrives prepared. Choosing the right level up front sets clear expectations and produces a better result than discovering the gap on the day.

Moving in, or moving out
Move-out cleaning for renters and sellers
You want the property handed over in good condition, without spending your last day there scrubbing. We clean after your belongings are out, so the walkthrough is the landlord’s or the buyer’s first impression, not yours.
Renters ending a lease usually have the walkthrough date already. Book the clean for after the movers and before that date. Walkthroughs tend to look at appliances, cabinet interiors, bathroom grout, baseboards, and floors, and all of those are in the visit except appliance interiors. If your lease names the oven or the fridge, add them when you book. Whether the deposit comes back is your landlord’s decision.
Move-in cleaning before you unpack
You want to unpack into a home that has been reset. Previous occupants clean to their own standard, and cabinet interiors, appliance edges, and bathroom grout are where that shows. We handle those before your things go in.
The best time is the gap between the last occupant leaving and your truck arriving, when every shelf is still bare. Renters moving into an apartment or rental house book it for the same reason buyers do. In a new build the work is builder dust on ledges and inside cabinets, and heavy construction dust may call for Move-In/Out Super Deep Cleaning.

After an estate sale or a whole-house cleanout, the house is empty and has often gone a while without a clean, which is the job this service is built for. The contents need to be out first. Our cleaners clean; they do not haul furniture, remove debris, or move anything heavier than 35pounds, and biohazards, mold, and pest problems need a specialist before any cleaning crew. Move-out cleaning across the Charleston metro
Most of the move-outs we clean are outside the peninsula, and what a move-out involves changes with where it is. On Daniel Island tenancies run long, so turnovers are less frequent and there is more to reach when they happen. On James Island people often move within the island and book the move-out and the move-in weeks apart. Johns Island is mostly new construction, where a move-in clean is about builder dust rather than a previous occupant. West Ashley has older ranches and apartments, where a move-out often exposes buildup around cabinets and baseboards. North Charleston’s lease-cycle turnovers often follow a fixed handover date. In Summerville the clean usually falls in the short window after a family house sells. Hanahan is mostly owner-occupied, so its move-outs are as often a sale as a lease ending.
